Cowpet Bay East, shown here in a daybreak photo while out on a walk, is on the east end of St. Thomas. Along with all of the amenities that Cowpet Bay has, the town of Red Hook is just a mile away. Red Hook has numerous restaurants, bars and shops as well as the ferry to the island of St. John. American Yacht Harbor is also in Red Hook and you can watch the sailboats and yachts traverse while you sip coffee at Lattes in Paradise.

Hi. My name is Bob Devine and I owned a real estate management company and consulting engineering firm for many years in Champaign, Illinois. My wife Karen has managed her own interior design firm for the past 18 years, working with many clients near and far. Recently we decided to find a place for our family to enjoy and that we could share with others. We purchased this condominium and, combining our talents, completed a total renovation of the unit last year.
The tropical weather and gorgeous views are inspiring. Just as importantly, we enjoy the people of St. Thomas. The general mood is laid-back and positive. We would like to share our place with you so that you can also relax, have fun and enjoy the experience.
